将我科2005年12月—2008年12月经胃镜检查确诊的126例消化性溃疡住院患者，随机分为对照组和实验组各63人。对照组给予药物治疗和一般溃疡病知识健康教育，实验组在对照组基础上给予全程的健康教育。两组患者分别在出院3个月后，由专人负责电话随访用药情况，饮食、休息情况，情绪控制情况和按时复查情况，并进行统计分析比较。

The 126 hospitalized patients with peptic ulcer confirmed through gastroscopy in our department from December 2005 to December 2008 were divided into control group and experimental group randomly, and 63 people each. The control group was given medicine treatment and general health education of peptic ulcer, while the experimental group was given full health education based on the control group. The two groups were followed up by telephone 3 months after discharge from hospital, regarding the information on drug using, diet, rest, emotion control and regular re-examination, then statistical analysis was performed to compare the two groups.
