Abstract

In order to improve the overall level of construction management and comprehensive benefit in construction management,construction management is usually expected to be standardized, scientific, and normalized to elevate the level of both safety and housekeeping, thus guaranteeing construction duration and quality. For the purpose stated above, this construction management plan is compiled. This plan is based based on the drawings from engineer/design unit, collected stand drawings, ITB files and ITB question-answers, "Effective Contruction Standards Completedictionary", and other relative documents, from City/Province/National, such as construction quality, safety and housekeeping, budget, firefighting, environment, etc. All construction steps for main subsections, method statements for subdivisional work, safety measures, housekeeping and evnironmental protection measures, cost-saving measures, progress and safety of various levels of workers are stated in detail.
