北京京源水仪器仪表有限公司（公司原名：北京源流水表厂）始建于1998年，坐落于交通便利，环境怡人的北京良乡高科技工业园区；商务中心位于丰台区郑常庄。北京京源水仪器仪表有限公司成立于2003年，公司前身主要以研制开发智能产品项目，成立后依照国家标准结合国际标准化的计量管理体系，采用自主研制生产的IC卡控制电路，配合计量基表生产出智能水表、燃气表、热量表，综合管理系统，远程控制管理系统产品。
公司生产的JYS-DN15-200型JYRS-15/20型IC卡冷、热水水表，生产，严格按照CB/T 778.1～3-1996《冷水水表》和国家建设部颁布CJ/T 133-2001《IC卡冷水水表》标准执行。公司系专业生产计量仪表的制造商。公司的主导产品有：机械水表、远传水表、智能IC卡水表、热计量表DN15－400、压力表、智能IC卡燃气表、电表、流量计等共计500多个规格品种。
