14. FORCE MAJEURE

14.1 If either Party is affected by Force Majeure, it shall forthwith notify the other party of the nature and extent thereof.

14.2 Neither Party shall be liable to the other or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performance, or non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure of which it has notified the other Party and the time for performance of that obligation shall be extended accordingly.

14.3 If the Force Majeure in question prevails for a continuous period in excess of three (3) months, the Parties shall enter into bona fide discussions with a view to alleviating its effects, or to agreeing upon such alternative arrangements (including termination of this Agreement) as may be fair and reasonable in the circumstances.

14 不可抗力

14.1如果任何一方是受不可抗力，它应立即通知另一方的性质和程度不足。

14.2任何一方均不应承担赔偿责任或对其他被认为是在违反本协议因任何拖延执行或不履行义务，任何本协议中规定义务的范围内，这种拖延或不履行是由于以任何不可抗力，它已通知另一方的时候，表现了这一义务应相应延长。

14.3如果不可抗力的问题普遍存在连续超过3 （ 3 ）个月，双方应进行善意的讨论，以期减轻其影响，或商定这种替代安排（包括在本协议终止）可能是公平和合理的情况下。
