建国以来,辽宁省作为全国的老工业基地的重要组成部分,在我国国民经济和社会发展中具有十分重要的地位，加快其调整改造，实现其振兴，将对我国经济增长起到很大的促进作用。近些年来,伴随着沿海各个地区产业结构升级和转化能力的增强,辽宁在区际经济联系中的地位和作用明显下降。辽宁的产业结构虽然经过多年的调整,现在已经取得了初步的效果,但一些深层次的矛盾仍然存在。本文试图通过把握辽宁产业结构的基本情况,分析辽宁产业结构发展中所存在的问题,进而给出辽宁产业结构优化的基本对策。

since the founding of the People's Republic of China,as a important part of our old industrial bases,Liaoning province takes crucial position on our national economy and social development.the promotion of our economic growth is closely connnected with the acceleration of its adjustment and transformation as well as its realisation of revitalization. in recent years,with upgrade in industrial structure and strengthening in transforming capacity in coastal regions,Lingning has been undergoing dramatic downturn of position and effect in inter-regional economic ties .its industrial structure has experienced years of adjustment and made initial progress,but deep-rooted imbalance still exists .this text has analysed the existing flaws in Liaoning's development of industrial structure by attempting to obtain basic information of Liaoning's industrial structure, and then offers the basic strategies for optimizing industrial structure of Liaoning.
