Abstract:
With the establishment and enchancement of socialistic market economy system,since the development of private enterprise is very fast and the competition is very intense,more and more private entrepreneurs are aware of that talent is the key of competition.Managing and using of talent is the primary factor of enterprise's success.Therefore,human resource management has become a very important section of modern enterprise management in our country,the sustainability of human resources stands for the sustainability of the development of enterprise.
