解答:
1.which 引导的定语从句是修饰buildings 的，所以动词用复数。
2.如果前面是the one 后面就要用that is ...只有前面是定冠词the +one 这样的情况下，后面的that从句才是修饰one的。注意这时由于前面是定冠词the 所以引导词要用that 而不能用which.
