Please advise us of the specifications and commercial terms in respect of the products you need. We would be pleased to be of service to you. Please let us know which product you are interested and we will offer you a very favourable price.

以上一句看来好像不用“如果您方便”也可以。

如果你认为还是需要，可以在第一句的最前面加上“At your convenience,.....”
