摘要：本文介绍了信息素养的内涵和主要特点，对当代大学生信息素养的分析，以及其具备的信息素养水平的调查，反映出其存在如信息能力的欠缺，信息法律道德意识的薄弱等方面的问题，也总结了当前教育存在的弊端，归纳研究了21世纪这个新兴时代，当代大学生信息素养教育的策略。

Abstract: this article was to introduce the connotation and main character of Information Literacy, analyze the Information Literacy existing in current university students and investigate the level of Information Literacy they have had, which reflect the problems such as the deficiency of collecting information and the weakness of awareness of information law .etc. Moreover, this article summarizes the drawbacks of current education; conclude the strategy of Information Literacy education for university students at this new era in 2000s.
