[摘要] 工程制图是一门研究绘制和阅读工程图样和图解空间几何问题,培养学生形象思维能力和空间想像力为主的技术基础课,组合体内容是该课程的核心内容,是学习的关键。针对传统组合体教学过程中存在的问题,本文提出将三维Pro/ENGINEER和3DSMAX 绘图软件运用于组合体教学中。在Pro/ENGINEER的三维建模系统中,集成了拉伸建模、旋转建模和曲面实体化建模等多种建模手段，并辅助生成实体和去除材料等命令进行组合和切割形成各种复杂形体。3DSMAX是一个功能强大的造型处理、渲染着色及动画制作软件，它主要用于生成照片级影像并制作3D 动画。综合两种软件，通过建模、赋材质、动画等技术, 使组合体真实、直观、形象地展示在人们面前。把计算机技术引入教学后,不仅保留了传统教学方式中教师与学生的思想情感交流,而且让学生充分感受到了时代的气息,同时也激发了学生的学习兴趣。在观看动画和模型的演示过程中,学生的空间想象和空间构思能力无疑也得到了增强,有利于提高课堂效率,促进学生创造性思维的发展。

Abstract:Engineering Drawing is a basic technical course that focuses on the drawing and reading of blueprints and the illustration of spatial geometry.The primary purpose of the course is to cultivate the ability of thinking in images and the spatial imagination with the assembly study as the emphasis of the course and the key issue in study.This paper offers a method to solve the problems exist in the assembly teaching before by bringing in the 3D Pro/ENGINEER and 3DSMAX mapping software.In the 3D modeling system of Pro/ENGINEER a variety of modeling methods such as extrude modeling,rotation modeling and curved-surface solid modeling are synthesized with the support of commands like "generate" and "remove"to execute the process of combination and incision to form sorts of complexities.While the 3DSMAX software is a powerful one in the modeling process,color rendering and animation making that is mainly applicated in the generation of photo image and 3D animation making .The synthesization of two kinds of software above can display the assembly correctly,directly and vividly by using the technics including modeling,material rendering and animation.After the computer technology is brought in the traditional style of communication in thoughts between teachers and students continually works while the modern teaching methods serve to arouse more learning interest.It also helps to improve the spatial imagination and creation of students and the effenciency of class,proving to be a promotion to the creative thought of students.
