留学生7、8号楼于1995年改建后使用至今，目前许多家具、设施陈旧、老化，已不能满足留学生的生活需求。为提高留学生在校学习期间的生活水平，学校决定于今年8月25日起对留学生7号楼进行装修改建，届时会给您的生活带来的诸多不便希望，同学们给予支持和谅解，积极配合搬迁工作。
为了此次装修期间能够更加合理的安排留学生入住，中心将对每一个同学发出搬迁回执征询，我们将根据您所填写的回执，拟定具体的搬迁方案，请同学们收到后认真填写，以便我们能更合理的安排。

The apartments of NO.7 and No.8 for students abord have been used up to now after rebulit,and many furnishings for their old and aging haven't already met the living needs of students abord .In order to improve the living standard of students abord during the study in school,the school decided to renovate and rebuild the NO.7 apartment from August 25 of this year,which will bring a lot of inconvenience to all of you.Hope students can support and understand it,as well as actively cooperate with the relocation.
The school center will send out receipt of consultation for the relocation to every student,so that we can more possibly arrange the students abord to check in .We'll draw up the specific relocation programs according to the receipt you have filled in .Please fill it in earnestly when you receive the receipt.
