我还是来答一个吧，不是你不明白，而是这句话本身错了。这里应该是have，而不是has，因为，句子不能仅从语法角度分析，就算你语法上勉强能解释，还要顾及意思和逻辑：who这个从句内容从意义上讲明显不是修饰gorge，而是修饰students的。另外one of 也不能是用has的原因。

如果解释为修饰Gorge，意思：毕业于纽约大学的乔治是最聪明的学生之一。

（这一句话不仅语法牵强，且明显逻辑不通。一个has graduated的人，居然还是"is .... student.----就算是后来继续再读书，也不会采用现在完成时has graduated，而会是过去时。这里之所以用现在完成时，就是想表明，“此人是该校到目前为止全部毕业学生中最聪明的之一”）


如果是修饰students，意思：乔治是纽约大学最聪明的毕业生之一。（这才是句子想表达的意思）
