随着计算机与遥感技术的发展，遥感图像融合技术应用越来越广，已成为一个重要的高科技新方向。本课题致力于利用现有的各种成熟算法，来开发一个功能较为完备的的遥感图像处理软件系统。
本文先介绍了图像融合的基本概念及一般原理、现有大型遥感图像处理系统（如ERDAS、PCI、ENVI等）的特点以及我国在此领域的发展状况。然后给出了所设计软件系统的概要说明书，阐明了对软件系统的设计考虑，使项目管理人员、开发人员可以明确项目实施的目的和要求，如软件系统的流程、组织结构、功能分配、接口设计等，以便更好地实现项目目标。最后介绍了系统中采用的图像融合算法，包括代数法、高通滤波法、主成分分析法、小波变换法、拉普拉斯金字塔融合算法等。
本文试图给出遥感图像处理软件系统的蓝图，为进一步的开发与设计提供参考和依据。

with the development of computer and remote sensing technology, remote

sensing image amalgamation technology has become an important new

trend of high-tech as well as widely used. this text takes up with

exploring a full functional remote sensing image disposal software

systerm by exsisting rariety of mature arithmetic.
this article firstly introduces the basic concept and normal theory

about image amalgamation,characteristic and development in this field

of our country about exsiting large-scale remote sensing image

disposal systerm(such as ERDAS,PCI,ENVI).then it also presents illuminaton summarily on designing software systerm and discribes thinking about that which will make implementary objects and requirements such as flow , orgnization structure,function distribution and lap joint of software systerm much clearer and applied correctly to item managers and explorers. finally the article introduces many kinds of methods of image amalgamation including algebra,main component analysis,min-wave change,lapulasi pyramid amalgamation arithmetic and so on .
the article trys to show the blueprint of remote sensing image disposal software systerm,providing a reference and according for further explor and design.
