民族高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是培养少数民族高素质人才、研究民族理论和民族政策、传承和弘扬各民族优秀文化的重要基地，是展示我国民族政策和对外交往的重要窗口，在加快少数民族地区经济文化发展和社会进步的伟大事业中发挥着重要的作用。随着我国社会主义市场经济发展和改革开放的不断深入，高校招生规模的不断扩大，使得高校毕业生大幅度增加，加之受当前国际金融危机的影响，全国高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻，民族高校更是雪上加霜。本文试图对民族高校毕业生就业所面临的优势和劣势进行分析探讨，同时提出了在当前新的就业形势下解决民族高校大学生就业问题的办法和措施。

They play an important role to speed up economy and civilization development of minority area and great invent of social progress.随着我国社会主义市场经济发展和改革开放的不断深入，高校招生规模的不断扩大，使得高校毕业生大幅度增加，加之受当前国际金融危机的影响，全国高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻，民族高校更是雪上加霜。With development of Chinese socialism market economy and continuous deepening of reform and openning up, continual expanding of scale to recruit students for universities has soared quantities of graduates. Furthernmore, affection of current internal financial crisis made situation of countrywide graduates' employment increasingly worse. Under the circumstance, national universities meet one difficult after another.本文试图对民族高校毕业生就业所面临的优势和劣势进行分析探讨，同时提出了在当前新的就业形势下解决民族高校大学生就业问题的办法和措施。The paper intends to analyse and discuss advantages and disadvantages their graduates are facing. At the same time, it also proposes the methods and measurements to resolve their employment problem in the current new position.
