通过这次小组活动，让我真切的体会到了**的无处不在。作为**的一员，我们服务于客人，体现的是服务质量，而潜在的无论是首先面对客人的容貌仪表，还是无形的微笑，这些都很重要。它会直接影响到客人对**的直观印象与整体评价。在当今**林立的情况下，竞争对手比比皆是，我们应该不仅仅在硬件上达到先进的水平，而且也应该在软件服务上让客人感到满意，而这所谓的软件就包含了服务。服务就像是一条无形的链锁，客人到来时我们要以最诚挚的笑容欢迎客人的到来应当发自内心；当观察到客人的言行举止，我们要做到预知客人的所需，此后应该记录下客人的喜好和习惯；当客人再次光顾时，便会直接与同事分享客人的信息，让客人认为我们是专业的。而这些细节的服务不单单是表面的，更应该每次都落在实处。同时，正确的运用酒店信息为客人提供最周到细微的服务也同样是我们的目标所在。

Though this group action, I had a true understanding that XX is everywhere. Being one member of XX, I serve the customs and materialize the quality of service. Moreover, both the appearance and smile in the face of customs are very essential, which would affect the intuitive impression and whole assessment of XX from customs directly. With amounts of XX existing today and competitors being found everywhere, we should not only advance the equipment to be high level, but also satisfy our customs by our strategy which includes the service. Service is like a invisible chain, we should welcome customs with our sincere smile when they come in, foresee the customs’ need and record the interest and habit when we observe their behavior. When the custom comes again, we can share the information with colleague immediately and let the custom realize our profession. These details of service are not only being existed on the surface, but being implemented stably.
