We hereby acknowledge and confirm that Sinosure shall have the rights to do all that it, at its sole discretion and in good faith,
may deem necessary for the consummation of such collection including without limitation the right of further delegating part or all of the work contemplated hereunder to any third party as Sinosure deems fit, and we hereby irrevocably confirm all that Sinosure shall do therein by virtue of these presents.

This Letter of Authorization shall be effective upon signing and shall be valid and remain in full effect until the collection has been finally resolved.
