目的：了解注射用七叶皂苷钠的各种不良反应, 为临床合理用药，减少药物不良反应的发生、提高患者依从性提供依据。方法：对国内近几年来应用七叶皂苷钠注射剂出现不良反应的报道进行整理归纳和分析。结果：七叶皂苷钠的不良反应主要有静脉炎、局部疼痛肿胀、过敏反应和肾损害等。结论：严格的无菌技术操作，保护性静脉穿刺，合理的给药方法，强调给药剂量、浓度、持续用药时间等，是减少静脉用药后局部不良反应发生，增加临床治疗中用药依从性的关键『1』。临床医护人员、药师应提高警惕，加强对其不良反应的监测和防治以确保用药安全。

Objective: Examine the adverse reaction of Sodium Aescinate(SA) and find the firm factors for reasonable clinical drug therapy, reducing the incidence of adverse reaction of SA and increasing the compliance of SA. Methods: Sum up and analysis the domestic reports of adverse reaction of SA injection these years. Results: The adverse reaction of SA mainly contains phlebitis, local edema and ache, hypersusceptibility and kidney injury. Conclusion: The key factors of reducing the local adverse action and increase the compliance in therapy are strict asepsis technique, protective venipuncture and reasonable drug use including dose, concentration and duration etc.. Clinicians and apothecaries should pay more attention to monitor and prevent the incidence of adverse reaction of SA for the safety of drug therapy.
