青年是未来的市场主体，学校把诚信作为青年道德教育的重点，开展了形式多样的诚信教育活动，努力营造学诚信，讲诚信的氛围，为青年树立健康的诚信观起到积极的作用。但是诚信与自身素质也有很大联系，所以素质教育应该摆在首位。而在注重素质教育的同时主要在于找到学生的心理问题才能从根本上提高学生的素质。让大学生能够学到现代的科学知识、技能和理论的同时，对他们进行有效的道德素质教育，提高他们的道德水平，教会他们做人之道，使他们真正成为心志与人格全面发展的有用之材，是高校教育中一个不容忽视的问题。

As the youth are to play a dominant role in the market tomorrow,the univesity emphasizes good faith as the focus of moral education among the youth by carrying out a variety of good faith educational activities,seeking to create an atomsphere in which good faith is requested and respected so that it may help in shaping the correct views of the youth on good faith.However,good faith also has much to do with one's personal quality,so the quality education should be our top concern.At the same time the key to the improving of quality mainly lies in revealing and solving the mental problems of students.Enough attention must be given on the effective moral education that goes along with that of scientific theories and skills to improve the moral level and personal nature to ensure both the intellectual and moral development of students.
