Further study is needed on the stock control and transportation means. This becomes especially urgent when a number of new thoughts (e.g. VMI, third party logistics, etc.) concerning logistics management are extensively adopted. Without a doubt, it is in line with the modern logistics trend to study the combination of VMI and third party logistics.
